How do I place an order?

Simply browse products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details and confirm your order.

Can I buy from multiple vendors in one order?

Yes! You can buy from different vendors in one order. Each vendor will ship their items separately.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days within Nigeria, depending on your location and the vendor’s shipping method.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if provided by the vendor). You can also track orders from your account dashboard.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments via:

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Paystack / Flutterwave
  • Bank Transfer (where available)

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by the vendor. Please contact the vendor or our support team immediately if you need to cancel.

How do I return a product?

How do I become a vendor?

Click on Sell on DMS, complete the registration form, and your store will be reviewed and approved.

How do I upload and manage products?

Log in to your Vendor Dashboard to:

  • Add/edit product listings
  • Set prices, stock, and shipping
  • Manage orders

How do I get paid?

You receive payments after successful delivery and buyer confirmation. Withdrawals can be requested from your vendor dashboard.

12. 

Does DMS charge vendor commission?

Yes. A small commission is deducted per sale. The rate is shown on your vendor dashboard and may vary based on category.

13. 

Can I set my own shipping rates?

Yes. Vendors can set their shipping rates or use integrated couriers like Kwik Delivery or Topship.
